What happens when an agent enters your ecosystem and what it finds isn't ready?
𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. 𝗙𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝘂𝗻 𝗼𝗻.
Agents don't access abstract systems. They access APIs, services, structured data, autonomously and continuously, without asking questions. They work with what they find, exactly as it is: incomplete specs, scattered documentation, inconsistent naming and everything else that comes with it.
With a human developer, this produces inefficiency. With an AI agent, it produces behavior that's hard to trace and even harder to explain.
The point of control shifts. It shifts to the beginning, to design, to the quality of what enters the ecosystem in the first place. Not downstream.
