Introduction

This manual is addressed to the administrators of the Platform: the Owners of the installation, the users with a Tenant Admin role and, in general, all the users who can access the Administration section or who are in charge of onboarding organizations and users.

It describes all the administrative configurations that can be performed directly from the Platform interface, and it is written to be read on its own: everything an administrator needs to know to configure the Platform is described in these chapters.

THE CONFIGURATIONS DESCRIBED IN THIS MANUAL SHOULD BE CHANGED WITH A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF THE POSSIBLE IMPACTS ON THE WHOLE INSTALLATION, AS CHANGES MAY IMPACT THE VISIBLE DATA AS WELL AS THE OPERATING MODEL FOR ONE OR MORE USERS.
