This section describes possible customizations of the Platform that can be performed directly from the front-end.

NOTE: Other customizations, such as the logo, the colors, the welcome tour shown to users at their first access and the pages of the Public Showcase, are defined when your installation is set up, and are available only if enabled for your installation. Contact your Customer Success representative to change them. The title of the Platform can instead be changed from the Administration section (see chapter System, Platform Title).

Homepage Information (Widgets)

The Homepage can be customized by adding and managing widgets, providing quick access to:

• Important information like Support contact or News

• Key metrics (KPIs on digital products, assets, applications, groups, organizations and users)

• API and application categories

• Other essential data

This will help users monitor information efficiently. Widgets can be arranged, resized, and modified to suit individual preferences.

NOTE: Only users with dedicated permissions in one of their Roles will be able to manage widgets (the Widget permissions: create, edit, arrange, delete). See chapter Organizations and users.

NOTE2: The visibility of the KPI widgets can be limited for each stakeholder type (see chapter Stakeholder profiling and features, KPI Visibility).

Creating a widget

Steps:

1. Click Add Widget and select the desired widget from the list.

2. If the widget is dynamic, it will appear on the screen immediately.

3. If the widget is static content, the New content configuration modal will appear: choose an Icon (required), enter a Title and the Content (required) of one or more numbered sections (use Add to add sections).

4. Fill in the required fields and click Save to add the widget to the homepage.

Editing a widget

Steps:

1. Locate the widget on the homepage and select it.

2. The configuration modal will appear with pre-filled details.

3. Modify the necessary fields.

4. Click Save to apply the changes.

Deleting a widget

Steps:

1. Click the Trash icon on the widget.

2. A confirmation modal appears.

3. Click Confirm to delete the widget.

Resizing a widget

Steps:

1. Hover over the edges of the widget.

2. Click and drag to adjust the size.

3. Release to apply the new dimensions.

Relocating a widget

Steps:

1. Hover over the top of the widget card.

2. Click and drag the widget to the desired location.

3. Release to drop it into place.
